本标准规定了棉纺设备进行数字化联网，实现设备集中管理的监控网络的基本要求、网络设备的基本要求、网络设备的通信接口规范、棉纺设备的数据信息结构。
本标准适用于棉纺设备的联网。棉纺设备制造商在开发、设计、生产时应考虑本标准的规定，棉纺生产企业在进行集中控制系统建设以及选择棉纺设备时也可参考本标准。

Scope

This standard specifies the basic requirements for digital networking of cotton spinning equipment to realize centralized management of equipment monitoring networks, basic requirements for network equipment, communication interface specifications for network equipment, and data information structure for cotton spinning equipment. This standard applies to the networking of cotton spinning equipment (see Appendix A). Cotton spinning equipment manufacturers should consider the provisions of this standard when developing, designing, and producing. Cotton spinning production enterprises can also refer to this standard when constructing centralized control systems and selecting cotton spinning equipment.
