This standard specifies the classification, parameters, requirements, test methods, inspection rules and marking, packaging, transportation and storage of friction disc false twisters. This standard applies to friction disc false twisters used in the drawing and false twisting (texturing) process of polyester, nylon, and polypropylene pre-oriented yarns.
