本标准规定了建设工程消防验收的内容、程序和技术要求，并提供了评定方法。
本标准适用于公安机关消防机构依法对新建、扩建、改建（含室内外装修、建筑保温、用途变更）等建设工程竣工后实施的消防验收和竣工验收消防备案检查。

Scope

This standard specifies the content, procedures and technical requirements for fire protection acceptance of construction projects, and provides assessment methods. This standard is applicable to the fire protection acceptance and completion acceptance fire protection record inspection carried out by the fire protection agencies of the public security organs after the completion of construction projects such as new construction, expansion, reconstruction (including indoor and outdoor decoration, building insulation, and change of use).
