本标准规定了男性性功能障碍法医学鉴定的基本原则、要求和方法。
本标准适用于人身损害、性犯罪等刑事案件，以及婚姻纠纷、损害赔偿等民事案件中男性性功能障碍的法医学鉴定，其他需要进行男性性功能法医学鉴定的亦可参照执行。

Scope

This standard specifies the basic principles, requirements and methods for forensic identification of male sexual dysfunction. This standard is applicable to the forensic identification of male sexual dysfunction in criminal cases such as personal injury and sexual crimes, as well as civil cases such as marriage disputes and damage compensation. Other forensic identification of male sexual function may also be implemented with reference.
