Introduction

Analysis of the standard technical framework

As the 249th sub-standard of the GA/T 2000 series, this part constructs a 48-bit hierarchical coding system for video image information semantic attribute objects. The coding design strictly follows the equipment coding specification of Appendix D of GB/T 28181-2016 to achieve seamless integration with existing video surveillance systems.

Take the face image collected by Hikvision camera as an example:
1-20 bits: device area code (such as 31011500101320012345)
21-22 bits: 02 (image object)
23-36 bits: 20230815143000 (August 15, 2023 14:30:00)
37-41 bits: 00001 (first image file)
42-43 bits: 06 (semantic face type)
44-48 bits: 00001 (the first face in the image)
