本标准规定了枪支致伤力的法庭科学鉴定判据阈值。
本标准适用于《中华人民共和国枪支管理法》所指以火药、气体等为动力，利用管状器具发射弹丸，口径通常小于20mm的各类身管射击武器致伤力作用能量阈值的判定。

Scope

This standard stipulates the forensic scientific identification criterion threshold for the inflicting power of firearms. This standard is applicable to the determination of the energy threshold of the injurious force of various types of barrel-fired weapons that are powered by gunpowder, gas, etc. and use tubular instruments to launch projectiles, as specified in the Firearms Management Law of the People's Republic of China. The caliber is usually less than 20mm.
