本标准规定了消防标准制修订工作基本要求、各阶段工作程序和消防标准的宣贯与管理要求。本标准适用于我国消防国家标准、行业标准的制修订和管理工作；消防地方标准的制修订工作程序可参照执行。本标准不适用于工程建设消防国家标准（消防技术规范）的制修订和管理工作。

Scope

This standard stipulates the basic requirements for the formulation and revision of fire protection standards, the work procedures at each stage, and the requirements for the publicity, implementation and management of fire protection standards. This standard applies to the formulation, revision and management of national fire protection standards and industry standards in my country; the procedures for the formulation and revision of local fire protection standards can be implemented as a reference. This standard does not apply to the formulation, revision and management of national standards for fire protection in engineering construction (fire protection technical specifications).
