Scope

This standard specifies the technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules and marking, packaging, transportation and storage of fingerprint projection comparators. This standard applies to reflective fingerprint projection comparators used in fingerprint identification. Other transmission fingerprint projection comparators and reflection/transmission dual-use fingerprint projection comparators can also refer to this standard.
