Scope
This standard specifies the principles, methods and contents for the evaluation of treatment projects for persons injured in road traffic accidents (hereinafter referred to as injured persons). This standard is applicable to the assessment of the necessity and rationality of treatment projects for injured persons. Persons injured for other reasons may refer to this procedure.
