Scope
This standard stipulates the principles and methods for assessing whether people with physical disabilities and mental disorders require nursing care dependence in daily life and the degree of personal injury. This standard is applicable to the assessment of nursing dependence on personal disabilities and mental disorders caused by man-made injuries, traffic accidents, accidental injuries and other factors. If the state and other industries have regulations, their relevant regulations shall be implemented.
