Scope

This standard stipulates the traffic organization principles, traffic organization requirements, traffic management facility setting requirements, construction plan requirements, traffic organization plan preparation and traffic organization design process for urban road construction operations. This standard applies to the traffic organization of construction sections and surrounding road networks during urban road construction operations, and is not applicable to temporary and mobile construction operations.
