GB 14196的本部分规定了普通照明用卤钨灯的安全和互换性要求。它包括直接代替传统钨丝灯的卤钨灯和GB 14196.1-2008中没有作相应规定的新型卤钨灯，本部分中规定的这些卤钨灯的安全和互换性要求应与14196.1-2008的规定结合使用。

Scope

This part needs to be used together with GB 14196.1-2008. This part of GB 14196 specifies the safety and interchangeability requirements for tungsten-halogen lamps for general lighting. It includes tungsten-halogen lamps that directly replace traditional tungsten filament lamps and new-type tungsten-halogen lamps specified in GB 14196.1-2008. The safety and interchangeability requirements for these tungsten-halogen lamps specified in this part should be combined with the provisions of GB 14196.1-2008 use. These halogen tungsten lamps have the following characteristics: - Rated power is below 250W (including 250W); - Rated voltage is between 50V and 250V (including 50V, 250V); - Lamp caps: B15d, B22d, E12, E14, E17, E26 , E26d, E25/50×39, E27 or E27/51×39. Lamps complying with the requirements of this standard are shielded and need not be marked with a special symbol. Since they are direct replacements for traditional tungsten lamps, they also do not have corresponding lamp markings.
