《GB/T 1.1-2009标准化工作导则 第1部分：标准的结构和编写》由TC286（全国标准化原理与方法标准化技术委员会）归口，主管部门为国家标准化管理委员会。
gb/t1的本部分规定了标准的结构、起草表述规则和编排格式,并给出了有关表述样式。
本部分适用于国家标准、行业标准和地方标准以及国家标准化指导性技术文件的编写,其他标准的编写可参照使用。

1 Scope

This part of GB/T 1 specifies rules for standard structure and drafting expression as well as formatting, and provides relevant expressions.

This part is applicable to national standards, professional standards and provincial standards as well as technical guidance documents for national standardization and may apply by reference for the drafting of other standards.

Note: Unless otherwise specified, according to the situation, "standard" in the following chapters refers to "national standard", "professional standard", "provincial standards" or "technical guidance document for national standardization".
