《GB/T 10284-2008林业机械 便携式风力灭火机 噪声的测定》由TC61（全国林业机械标准化技术委员会）归口，主管部门为国家林业和草原局。
本标准代替GB/T 10284-1999《便携式风力灭火机 耳旁噪声的测定》。
本标准规定了以内燃机为动力的便携式风力灭火机声功率级和耳旁噪声的测定方法。
本标准适用于便携式风力灭火机产品的型式试验，其试验结果可用于同一型式不同型号机器的特性比对。
本标准也适用于便携式风力喷水灭火机的噪声测定。
本标准规定的测定方法所测得的结果虽然是在模拟实际操作机器情况下获得的数据，但这些数据与真实结果非常接近，代表了机器实际工作状况时的特性。
本标准与GB/T 10284-1999相比主要变化如下：
――修改了标准的中文名称和英文名称；
――修改了规范性引用文件；
――增加了被测定参数；
――删除了测量单位；
――修改了测量仪器及精度；
――修改了声学环境；
――修改了测定规范；
――增加了声功率级的测定；
――增加了耳旁噪声的测定；
――增加了测试程序；
――增加了数据记录和试验报告；
――删除了数据的读取和处理；
――删除了测定报告。

Scope

This standard specifies the measurement methods for the sound power level and ear noise of portable wind-powered fire extinguishers powered by internal combustion engines (hereinafter referred to as fire extinguishers). This standard is applicable to the type test of portable wind fire extinguisher products, and the test results can be used to compare the characteristics of different models of the same type. This standard is also applicable to the noise determination of portable wind sprinkler. Although the results measured by the measurement methods specified in this standard are the data obtained by simulating the actual operation of the machine, these data are very close to the real results and represent the characteristics of the machine in actual working conditions.
