《GB/T 10418-2002碳化钨钢结硬质合金 横向断裂强度的测定》由604-1(中国机械工业联合会)归口,主管部门为中国机械工业联合会。
本标准规定了碳化钨钢结硬质合金材料横向断裂强度试验的试样形状、尺寸规格、试验设备和试验条件。本标准适用于塑性变形较小的碳化钨钢结硬质合金横向断裂强度的测定。断裂前有明显塑性变形的碳化钨钢结硬质合金材料,在使用本标准测定时可能得不到正确的结果,建议测定其抗拉强度。


Scope

This standard specifies the sample shape, size specifications, test equipment and test conditions for the transverse fracture strength test of tungsten carbide steel bonded hard alloy materials. This standard applies to the determination of transverse fracture strength of tungsten carbide steel bonded hard alloy with small plastic deformation. For tungsten carbide bonded cemented carbide materials with obvious plastic deformation before fracture, correct results may not be obtained when using this standard. It is recommended to measure their tensile strength.
