本标准代替GB/T10430—1989《烧结金属摩擦片结合强度测定方法》。 本标准规定了烧结金属摩擦片摩擦材料与钢芯板的粘结性能检验的试验装置、试样、试验规程和试验报告。 本标准适用于粉末冶金烧结制造的摩擦片,用弯曲试验方法检验摩擦材料层与钢芯板间粘结性能,其他同类材料也可参照执行。本标准对GB/T10430—1989作了如下修改:

Scope

This standard specifies the test device, sample, test procedure and test report for testing the bonding performance of sintered metal friction lining friction material and steel core plate. This standard is applicable to friction plates manufactured by powder metallurgy sintering. The bonding performance between the friction material layer and the steel core plate is tested by the bending test method. Other similar materials can also be implemented as a reference.
