《GB/T 10567.2-1997铜及铜合金残余应力检验方法 氨熏试验方法》由TC243(全国有色金属标准化技术委员会)归口,主管部门为中国有色金属工业协会。
本标准规定了采用氨气检测铜及铜合金加工材中外加或残余应力的试验方法,这两种应力均可导致该材料在使用或储存中因应力腐蚀而损坏。该方法也可使用于组装件和零部件(有限尺寸)的试验。实施该方法相当简单,并且能通过改变产生氨气氛的溶液的pH值来严格控制。试验之恰当的pH值应在产品标准中规定或根据合金及其使用环境来决定。对于热交换器用黄铜冷凝管而言,建议采用最高的pH值的溶液进行试验。


Scope

This standard specifies the test method for the detection of applied or residual stresses in copper and copper alloy processed materials by ammonia gas, both of which may cause the material to be damaged by stress corrosion during use or storage. The method can also be used for testing assemblies and components (limited dimensions).
