《GB/T 10574.8-2017锡铅焊料化学分析方法 第8部分:锌量的测定 火焰原子吸收光谱法》由TC243(全国有色金属标准化技术委员会)归口,TC243SC2(全国有色金属标准化技术委员会重金属分会)执行,主管部门为中国有色金属工业协会。
Introduction
Standard Background and Technical Evolution
GB/T 10574 "Chemical Analysis Methods for Tin-Lead Solders" is divided into 14 parts, of which Part 8 (GB/T 10574.8-2017) specifically stipulates the determination method of zinc content. This revision has made a number of technical improvements to the original standard (GB/T 10574.8-2003), including adding reference standards, optimizing acidity conditions, and introducing repeatability and reproducibility indicators.
Analysis Method Summary
After the sample is dissolved in hydrobromic acid, hydrochloric acid and hydrogen peroxide, the absorbance of zinc is determined at a wavelength of 213.9 nm in a dilute hydrochloric acid-hydrobromic acid medium using an air-acetylene flame atomic absorption spectrometer. This method has high sensitivity and the characteristic concentration does not exceed 0.008 μg/mL.
Comparison of standard frameworks
| Standard number | Measurement range | Main improvements |
|---|---|---|
| GB/T 10574.8—2003 | 0.00030%~0.0050% | Unspecified repeatability and reproducibility requirements |
| GB/T 10574.8—2017 | 0.00025%~0.0050% | Increase repeatability and reproducibility requirements, optimize acidity conditions |
Implementation suggestions
1. Equipment selection:An atomic absorption spectrometer equipped with a zinc hollow cathode lamp is preferred to ensure sensitivity and linearity requirements.
2. Sample processing:Strictly follow the standard sample preparation process to avoid introducing interference from impurities. It is recommended to use a polytetrafluoroethylene beaker for heating and dissolving.
3. Data analysis:Pay attention to linear range verification when drawing the working curve to ensure that the measured value is within the valid range. The calculation result is retained to four decimal places (retain five decimal places when less than 0.0010%).
