Scope

This standard specifies the terms and definitions, conditions of use, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, signs, packaging, and storage of salt spray test chambers (hereinafter referred to as "test chambers"). This standard applies to test chambers for salt spray tests on electrical, electronic and other products, parts and materials.
