GB/T 10598的本部分规定了露天矿用牙轮钻机和旋转钻机的型式、基本参数、技术要求、试验方法、检验规则、标志、包装、运输和贮存。本部分适用于露天矿用牙轮钻机和旋转钻南，也适用于其他同类型钻机。该类钻机主要用露天钻凿炮孔，也可用于建筑、水利、公路、水利、铁路和港口等土石方工程中的露天钻孔作业。
Scope
This part of GB/T 10598 specifies the types, basic parameters, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, signs, packaging, transportation and storage of roller cone drilling rigs and rotary drilling rigs for open pit mines. This part applies to roller cone drilling rigs and rotary drilling rigs (hereinafter referred to as drilling rigs) for open-pit mines, and also to other drilling rigs of the same type. This type of drilling rig is mainly used for drilling blastholes in open-pit mines, and can also be used for open-pit drilling operations in earthworks such as construction, water conservancy, roads, railways and ports.
