《GB/T 10820-2002生活锅炉热效率及热工试验方法》由TC20（全国能源基础与管理标准化技术委员会）归口，主管部门为国家标准化管理委员会。
本标准规定了燃煤、燃油、燃气和电热生活锅炉的热效率及热工试验方法。本标准适用于压力不大于0.7MPa（表压）的蒸汽锅炉、热水锅炉、以及常压热水锅炉和真空相变热水锅炉。本标准不适用于余热锅炉及不以水为介质的锅炉。

Scope

This standard specifies the thermal efficiency and thermal engineering test methods of coal-fired, oil-fired, gas-fired and electric domestic boilers. This standard applies to steam boilers and hot water boilers with a pressure not greater than 0.7MPa (gauge pressure), as well as atmospheric pressure hot water boilers (hereinafter referred to as atmospheric pressure boilers) and vacuum phase change hot water boilers (hereinafter referred to as vacuum boilers). This standard does not apply to waste heat boilers and boilers that do not use water as a medium.
