《GB/T 11048-2008纺织品 生理舒适性 稳态条件下热阻和湿阻的测定》由TC209(全国纺织品标准化技术委员会)归口,TC209SC1(全国纺织品标准化技术委员会基础标准分会)执行,主管部门为中国纺织工业联合会。
本标准代替GB/T11048―1989《纺织品保温性能的测定》。本标准规定了在稳态条件下热阻和湿阻的本标准与GB/T11048―1989相比主要变化如下:
1.标准名称中不再使用术语“保温性能”一词,改用术语“热阻和湿阻”;
2.扩大了适用范围;
3.增加了湿阻测定的内容;
4.规定可以采用两种仪器:A 型仪器―――蒸发热板法,B型仪器―――静态平板法;
5.恒温温度由36℃改为35℃;
6.试验环境空气由基本静止(风速小于0.1m/s)改为恒定气流1m/s;
7.以热阻和湿阻为主要指标,并增加透湿指数、透湿率、热导率指标,取消保温率指标;
8.取消以间歇式加热为基础的试验程序和计算公式,只给出定义性公式;
9.增加以标准样校准仪器的程序;
10.取消原方法B―――管式保温仪法;
11.增加结果的重复性、再现性一章(见第8章)。


Scope

This standard specifies the method for the determination of thermal resistance and moisture resistance under steady-state conditions. This standard applies to all kinds of textile products and the textile fabrics, films, coatings, foams, leather and composite materials used to make these products. The application of the measurement technique of this standard is affected by the maximum measurement range of thermal resistance and moisture resistance, which depends on the size and structural performance of the instrument used (for example, the measurement range of thermal resistance and moisture resistance of the instrument suitable for this standard is at least 2m2•K/W and 700m2•Pa/W). The test environment used in this standard does not represent specific comfort conditions, nor does it give comfort performance requirements. This standard specifies two types of test instruments, A and B. When measuring thermal resistance and moisture resistance or only one of them, type A instrument (evaporative hot plate method instrument) is preferred, and type B instrument (static plate method instrument) can also be used when only thermal resistance needs to be measured.
