《GB/T 11063-2014聚酰胺片基平带》由TC428(全国带轮与带标准化技术委员会)归口,TC428SC3(全国带轮与带标准化技术委员会摩擦型带传动分会)执行,主管部门为中国石油和化学工业联合会。

GB/T 11063-2014 Polyamide plate based flat belt

1 Scope

This standard specifies the terms and definitions, structure, type and designation, requirements, test methods, inspection rules as well as marking, labeling, packaging, transport and storage of polyamide plate based flat belts (hereinafter referred to as the “flat belts”).

This standard is applicable to flat transmission belts with longitudinally-stretched polyamide plate base as tension layer.

2 Normative references

The following referenced documents are indispensable for the application of this document. For dated references, only the edition cited applies. For undated references, the latest edition of the referenced document (including any amendments) applies.

3 Terms and definitions

For the purposes of this document, the terms and definitions given in GB/T 5756 and the following apply.

3.1
tensile strength
ratio of the maximum tensile force applied to the original cross-sectional area of the polyamide plate base of the specimen when the test piece of the flat belt is stretched to break

3.2
stress of 1% elongation
ratio of the tensile force applied to the original cross-sectional area of the polyamide plate base of the test piece when the test piece of the flat belt is stretched to 1% elongation

4 Structure

The tension layer of a flat belt is based on a polyamide plate. In terms of structure, a flat belt is generally composed of a top cover, a ply, a sheet base, another ply, and a bottom cover. Alternatively, it can also be composed of a polyamide plate base and leather or other materials (see Figure 1 and Table 1).
