Scope

This standard specifies the conditions of use, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules and requirements for marking, packaging, transportation and storage of low-pressure test chambers (hereinafter referred to as "test chambers"). This standard applies to test chambers for low-pressure tests on electrical, electronic and other products, components and materials.
