1. Scope

This standard specifies the dimension, appearance, weight and allowable deviation, technical requirements, test methods, test rules and mark, package, transportation, reposition as well as the Certification of Quality for the cold-rolled sheets and strips of carbon structural steels.
This standard is applicable to the cold-rolled sheets and strips of carbon structural steels whose thickness is not be greater than 3mm and width is not be less than 600mm. The single cold-rolled sheet may also refer to it and be implemented.
