《GB/T 11999-1989塑料薄膜和薄片耐撕裂性试验方法埃莱门多夫法》由TC15（全国塑料标准化技术委员会）归口，TC15SC4（全国塑料标准化技术委员会通用方法和产品分会）执行，主管部门为中国石油和化学工业联合会。
本标准规定了用埃莱门多夫法测定塑料薄膜和薄片的耐撕裂性。本标准适用于测试由软聚氯乙烯、聚烯烃、聚酯、复合薄膜和薄片等材料的成品和半成品切取的试样。本标准不适用于测试硬聚氯乙烯、尼龙等较硬的材料。

Scope

This standard specifies the determination of the tear resistance of plastic films and sheets by the Ellemendorf method. This standard is suitable for testing samples cut from finished and semi-finished products such as soft polyvinyl chloride, polyolefin, polyester, composite film and sheet. This standard is not suitable for testing hard materials such as rigid polyvinyl chloride and nylon.
