《GB/T 12239-2008工业阀门 金属隔膜阀》由TC188（全国阀门标准化技术委员会）归口，主管部门为中国机械工业联合会。
本标准规定了工业用金属隔膜阀的结构形式、技术要求、试验方法和检验规则、标志、防护和贮存。
本标准是对GB/T 12239-1989《通用阀门　隔膜阀》的修订。
本标准与GB/T 12239-1989相比主要变化如下：
―――修改了标准名称；
―――扩大了适用范围；
―――增加了阀体与阀盖连接螺栓的要求；
―――增加了寿命试验的有关要求；
―――修改了检验的要求，增加了型式试验内容；
―――修改了标志内容的要求；
―――修改了对供货的要求；
―――增加了附录Ａ“订货合同数据表”。

1 Scope

This standard specifies the structural type, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, protection and storage of industrial diaphragm valves made of metallic materials.
This standard is applicable to diaphragm valves made of metallic materials whose nominal pressure is PN6~PN25 (not larger than PN 16 for gray cast iron), nominal dimension is DN10~DN400 and end connection type is flange; and diaphragm valves made of metallic materials whose nominal pressure is PN6~PN16, nominal dimension is DN8~DN80 and, end connection type is welding.
