《GB/T 1231-2006钢结构用高强度大六角头螺栓、大六角螺母、垫圈技术条件》由TC85（全国紧固件标准化技术委员会）归口，主管部门为中国机械工业联合会。
本标准规定了钢结构用高强度大六角头螺栓、大六角螺母、垫圈及连接副的技术要求、试验方法、检验规则、标志及包装。
　　本标准适用于铁路和公路桥梁、锅炉钢结构、工业厂房、高层民用建筑、塔桅结构、起重机械及其他钢结构摩擦型高强度螺栓连接。

1 Scope
This standard specifies the technical requirements, test methods, test rules, marking and packing of high strength bolts with large hexagon head, large hexagon nuts, washers and connect sets for steel structures.
This standard is applicable to the friction-type high strength bolt connection of railway and highway bridges, boiler steel structures, industrial buildings, high-rise civil buildings, tower structures, hoisting machinery and other steel structures.
