本标准规定了一个6/4GHz通信卫星和通信地球站进入国内卫星通信网及国内卫星通信系统进入国内通信网时所必须满足的一般技术要求。本标准适用于卫星固定业务(6/4GHz频段)的国内通信卫星和地球站，适用于国内通信卫星和租用国际通信卫星转发器组成的国内卫星通信系统。本标准适用于新建系统和旧系统的技术改造。本标准适用于SCPC/PSK/FDMA,FDM/FM/FDMA,TV/FM等多种调制和多址方式。

Scope

This standard specifies the general technical requirements that a 6/4GHz communication satellite and communication earth station must meet when entering the domestic satellite communication network and the domestic satellite communication system entering the domestic communication network. This standard applies to domestic communication satellites and earth stations of the fixed-satellite service (6/4GHz frequency band), and to domestic satellite communication systems composed of domestic communication satellites and leased international communication satellite transponders. This standard applies to new systems and technical transformation of old systems. This standard applies to SCPC/PSK/FDMA, FDM/FM/FDMA, TV/FM and other modulation and multiple access methods.
