本标准规定了稀土金属及其氧化物中碳、硫含量的测定方法。本标准适用于稀土金属及其氧化物中碳、硫含量的测定,测定范围:碳,0.005%~1.00%;硫,0.005%~0.100%。金属铥、金属镱、金属镥中碳、硫含量的测定参照此方法。


Scope

This standard specifies the methods for the determination of carbon and sulfur content in rare earth metals and their oxides. This standard applies to the determination of carbon and sulfur content in rare earth metals and their oxides. The measurement range: carbon, 0.005% to 1.00%; sulfur, 0.005% to 0.100%. Refer to this method for the determination of the content of carbon and sulfur in metal thulium, metal ytterbium and metal lutetium.
