《GB/T 12816-2006铁道客车内部噪声限值及测量方法》由347（国家铁路局）归口，主管部门为国家铁路局。
本标准规定了铁道客车运行及静止时内部噪声限值及其测量方法。

Scope

This standard specifies the limits and measurement methods for the internal noise of railway passenger cars when they are running and stationary. This standard applies to newly built passenger cars (including hard-seat cars, soft-seat cars and second-class cars), sleeping cars, dining cars, power cars, luggage cars and combined cars of the above types running on standard gauge, and is applicable to passenger compartments. Special-purpose cars such as official cars, sanitary cars, maintenance cars and test cars, as well as other passenger cars with special requirements, should also comply with this standard, except for the special requirements for noise limits and measurement point locations according to design and use requirements.
