《GB/T 13017-1995企业标准体系表编制指南》由424-cnis（中国标准化研究院）归口，主管部门为国家市场监督管理总局。
本标准规定了企业标准体系表的术语、编制要求、组成、结构型式、表示格式和标准代码。本标准也规定了面向质量保证体系的以“质量环”为序列的序列结构模型的标准体系。本标准主要适用于工业企业（含事业单位）标准体系表的编制。其他行业的企业（或事业单位）也可参照执行。

Scope

This standard specifies the terminology, preparation requirements, composition, structure type, representation format and standard code of the enterprise standard system table. This standard also stipulates the standard system of the sequence structure model with "quality loop" as the sequence for the quality assurance system. This standard is mainly applicable to the compilation of standard system tables for industrial enterprises (including public institutions). Enterprises (or public institutions) in other industries can also refer to it.
