《GB/T 13216-2008甘油试验方法》由TC272（全国表面活性剂和洗涤用品标准化技术委员会）归口，主管部门为中国轻工业联合会。
本标准是对ＧＢ／Ｔ１３２１６．１～１３２１６．１３―１９９１的整合修订。本标准规定了桶装甘油取样方法及其透明度、气味、色泽、２０℃时密度、含量、氯化物的限量、硫酸化灰分、酸度或碱度、皂化当量、砷的限量、重金属的限量、还原性物质的测定方法。本标准与ＧＢ／Ｔ１３２１６．１～１３２１６．１３―１９９１《甘油试验方法》相比，主要变化如下：
―――将ＧＢ／Ｔ１３２１６．１～１３２１６．１３―１９９１ 的整合修订后，分别作为第４ 章、第５ 章、第６ 章、第７章、第８章、第９章、第１０章、第１１章、第１２章、第１３章、第１４章、第１５章、第１６章的内容；
―――增加了各章节测定结果精密度要求；
―――增加了使用标准比色储备液的要求；
―――补充了滴定法测定甘油含量的化学方程式；
―――增加了试验结果报告要求；
―――修订了原标准中一些编辑性错误。

1 Scope
This standard specifies sampling method, and test/determnation method of transparency, odour, colour and luster, density at 20℃, content, chloride limit, sulphated ash, acidity or alkalinity, saponification equivalent, arsenic limit, heavy metal limit and reducing substances of glycerines in drums.
