《GB/T 13286-2008核电厂安全级电气设备和电路独立性准则》由TC30（全国核仪器仪表标准化技术委员会）归口，主管部门为国家标准化管理委员会。
本标准对应于ANSI/IEEE Std 384:1992《核电厂安全级电气设备和电路独立性准则》（英文版），与ANSI/IEEE Std 384:1992一致性程度为非等效。
本标准代替GB/T 13286-2001《核电厂安全级电气设备和电路独立性准则》和GB/T 5963-1995《反应堆保护系统的隔离准则》。本标准纳入了GB/T 5963-1995的内容。
本标准规定了安全级电气设备和电路采用实体分隔和电气隔离的独立性准则。
本标准适用于核电厂安全级及其相关的电气设备和电路。
本标准不适用于对冗余设备和电路的确定。
本标准与GB/T 13286-2001相比主要有以下变化：
―――增加了光纤电缆敷设要求（5.10）；
―――增加了同通道不同种类电缆的分隔要求（7.2.1）；
―――增加了电缆屏蔽要求（7.2.2）；
―――增加了电缆防火要求（7.2.3）。

This standard specifies the criteria for independence of class 1E equipment and circuits adopting entity separation and electricity isolation.
This standard is applicable to class 1E and relevant equipment and circuits in nuclear power plant.
This standard is not applicable to the determination for redundant equipment and circuit.
