《GB/T 13437-2009扭转振动减振器特性描述》由TC53（全国机械振动、冲击与状态监测标准化技术委员会）归口，主管部门为国家标准化管理委员会。
本标准规定了扭转振动减振器(以下简称减振器)的术语、分类、特性参数的表达和制造厂向用户提供的技术资料等。本标准适用于往复式内燃机轴系(以下简称轴系)中常用结构形式的减振器。其他形式的减振器亦可参照使用。

Scope

This standard specifies the terminology, classification, expression of characteristic parameters and technical information provided by the manufacturer to users of torsional vibration dampers. This standard is applicable to shock absorbers of commonly used structural forms in the shafting of reciprocating internal combustion engines. Other forms of shock absorbers can also be used by reference.
