Scope

This standard specifies the basic requirements, identification and evaluation methods and test methods for the economical operation of AC electric drive fans (pumps, air compressors) systems. This standard applies to the AC electric drive fan (pump, air compressor) system in use, and the design of new systems can be implemented as a reference.
