《GB/T 13784-2008棉花颜色试验方法测色仪法》由424-fibre（中国纤维检验局）归口，主管部门为国家市场监督管理总局。
本标准规定了采用棉花测色仪测定棉纤维色特征，即反射率（Rd）和黄色深度（＋b）指标。
本标准适用于除彩色棉以外的棉纤维。

Scope

This standard stipulates the use of cotton color measuring instrument to measure the color characteristics of cotton fiber, that is, the reflectance (Rd) and yellow depth (+b) indicators. This standard applies to cotton fibers other than colored cotton.
