《GB/T 13823.3-1992振动与冲击传感器的校准方法 正弦激励比较法校准 (二次校准)》由TC53(全国机械振动、冲击与状态监测标准化技术委员会)归口,主管部门为国家标准化管理委员会。
本标准规定了振动与冲击传感器二次振动校准的基本要求、所使用的仪器设备及操作方法。本标准适用于直线运动型工作传感器,其适用范围如下:频率范围:20~5000Hz。动态范围(视振动频率而定):位移:0.1μm~10mm;速度:1mm/s~10m/s;加速度:10~1000m/s2。误差限:对于位移和速度传感器:(20~1000Hz)为读数的±4%;对于加速度传感器:(20~1000Hz)为读数的±2%,(20~2000Hz)为读数的±3%,(20~5000Hz)为读数的±5%。


Scope

This standard specifies the basic requirements for the secondary vibration calibration of vibration and shock sensors, the instruments and equipment used and the operation methods. This standard applies to linear motion sensors, and its scope of application is as follows: Frequency range: 20~5000Hz. Dynamic range (depending on vibration frequency): Displacement: 0.1μm~10mm; Speed: 1mm/s~10m/s; Acceleration: 10~1000m/s2. Error limit: For displacement and speed sensors: (20~1000Hz) is ±4% of reading; For acceleration sensors: (20~1000Hz) is ±2% of reading, (20~2000Hz) is ±3% of reading, ( 20~5000Hz) is ±5% of the reading.
