本章叙述下列频率范围内正弦交流电流的效应:--100Hz以上直至(并包括)1000Hz;--1000Hz以上直至(并包括)10000Hz;--10000Hz以上。


Scope

This chapter describes the effect of sinusoidal alternating currents in the following frequency ranges: - above 100 Hz up to and including 1000 Hz (see Clause 4); - above 1000 Hz up to and including 10000 Hz (see clause 5); - above 10000 Hz (See Article 6).
