《GB/T 13871.2-2015密封元件为弹性体材料的旋转轴唇形密封圈 第2部分：词汇》由TC3（全国液压气动标准化技术委员会）归口，TC3SC3（全国液压气动标准化技术委员会密封装置分会）执行，主管部门为中国机械工业联合会。
GB/T 13871的本部分界定了密封元件为弹性体材料的旋转轴唇形密封圈的词汇，其中部分术语和定义见GB/T17446。
本部分适用于低压状态（空气侧压力为大气压、液体侧压力高于大气压0 kPa ～ 30 kPa）（参见ISO 61941:2007的6.1）下使用的密封元件为弹性体的旋转轴唇形密封圈（以下简称密封圈）。
Scope
This part of GB/T 13871 defines the vocabulary of rotary shaft lip seals whose sealing elements are elastomeric materials, and some of the terms and definitions can be found in GB/T 17446. This part is applicable to the rotary shaft lip seals in which the sealing element used under low pressure conditions (the pressure on the air side is atmospheric pressure and the pressure on the liquid side is 0 kPa to 30 kPa higher than atmospheric pressure) (see 6.1 of ISO 6194-1:2007) ring (hereinafter referred to as the sealing ring).
