《GB/T 13980-2008电离辐射密度计》由TC30(全国核仪器仪表标准化技术委员会)归口,TC30SC1(全国核仪器仪表标准化技术委员会通用核仪器和辐射探测器分会)执行,主管部门为国家标准化管理委员会。
本标准对应于IEC 60692:1999《利用电离辐射的密度仪 定义和试验方法》,与IEC 60692:1999一致性程度为非等效。
本标准代替GB/T 13980-1992《电离辐射密度计》。本标准规定了电离辐射密度计的产品分类,技术要求,试验方法,检验规则以及标志、包装、运输、贮存和随行文件。本标准适用于利用电离辐射测量物质平均密度的电离辐射密度计。本标准与GB/T 13980-1992相比主要差异如下:
――规范性引用文件,引用合适标准的最新版本;
――术语和定义,按IEC 60692:1999的“定义”编写,并与GB/T 7352保持一致;
――技术要求:
● 调整技术要求项目的顺序,按外观、基本性能等要求顺序排列,并将正常工作的大气环境条件和供电电源条件与它们对密度计性能的影响分开表述(第5章);
● 调整和补充部分技术要求的指标(第5章);
● 正常工作的大气环境条件和供电电源条件按IEC 60692:1999的附录A分别划分为Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ三个组别和1,2,3三个级别;
● 增加交流供电电源频率变化、电磁环境条件、抗振动、冲击和包装运输等环境适用性要求;
● 安全要求(包括电气了安全和辐射安全)及其试验方法按GB/T 19661-2005编写,并给出具体参数;
● 增加诊断特性和可靠性要求;
――试验方法:
● 补充部分试验方法,例如电磁环境试验、放射源试验等,使之与技术要求一一对应;
● 改写部分试验方法,大多按IEC 60692:1999的“试验方法”编写,但气候环境试验和机械环境按GB/T 8993-1998编写,而电磁环境按GB/T 11684-2003编写;
――检验规则,补充检验分类,细化检验项目一览表(第7章);
――增加随行文件的内容(第8章);
――增加附录A(资料性附录),将本标准的未采用有IEC 60692:1999的试验方法列入附录A。


Scope

This standard specifies the product classification, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, signs, packaging, transportation, storage and accompanying documents of ionizing radiation density meters. This standard applies to ionizing radiation densitometers (hereinafter referred to as densitometers) that use ionizing radiation to measure the average density of substances.
