《GB/T 14092.2-1993机械产品环境条件 寒冷》由TC8（全国电工电子产品环境条件与环境试验标准化技术委员会）归口，主管部门为中国电器工业协会。
本标准规定了机械产品在寒冷环境条件下的环境参数及其严酷等级。本标准适用于GB 4797.1《电工电子产品自然环境条件 温度和湿度》规定的“寒冷”及“寒冷I”两个气候区。使用的一般用途的机械产品，包括农机具、内燃机、工程机械、矿山机械、重型机械、起重运输机械、石化通用机械、电工产品、仪器仪表、机床工具、通用零部件等。本标准不适用于寒冷地区在爆炸危险介质、矿井等特殊环境条件下使用的产品。

Scope

This standard specifies the environmental parameters and severity levels of cold environmental conditions for mechanical products. This standard applies to general-purpose mechanical products in the two climate zones of "cold" and "cold temperature I" specified in GB4797.1 "Natural Environmental Conditions Temperature and Humidity of Electrical and Electronic Products", including agricultural machinery, internal combustion engines, construction machinery, and heavy machinery , Lifting and transportation machinery, mining machinery, petrochemical machinery, electrical products, instruments, machine tools, general parts, etc. This standard does not apply to products used in special environmental conditions such as cold areas with explosive hazardous media and mines.
