本标准规定了用时针旋转法测定热塑性塑料管材耐外冲击性能的试验方法。本标准适用于批量管材的抽样检验，也可作为连续生产时管材抽样检验的依据。

Scope

This standard specifies the test method for measuring the external impact resistance of thermoplastic pipes by the clockwise rotation method. This standard is applicable to the sampling inspection of pipes in batches, and can also be used as the basis for sampling inspection of pipes in continuous production.
