《GB/T 14214-2003眼镜架 通用要求和试验方法》由TC103（全国光学和光子学标准化技术委员会）归口，主管部门为中国机械工业联合会。
本标准规定了眼镜架的产品分类、要求、试验方法及标志。本标准适用于用金属、塑料和天然有机材料制成的各种类型的眼镜架。本标准不适用于为特殊防护而设计的眼镜架。

1 Scope

This Standard specifies product classification, requirement, test method and marking of spectacle frames.
This Standard is applicable to spectacle frames made of metal, plastic or natural organic material.
This Standard is not applicable to spectacle frame designed in purpose of special protection.
