《GB/T 14338-2008化学纤维 短纤维卷曲性能试验方法》由TC586(全国化学纤维标准化技术委员会)归口,主管部门为国家标准化管理委员会。
本标准代替GB/T14338―1993《合成短纤维卷曲性能试验方法》。 本标准规定了化学纤维短纤维卷曲性能的试验方法。
本标准适用于聚酯(涤纶)、聚酰胺(锦纶)、聚丙烯腈(腈纶)、聚丙烯(丙纶)、聚乙烯醇缩甲醛(维纶)、纤维素纤维等化学纤维短纤维卷曲性能的测定。 本标准与GB/T14338―1993相比,主要变化如下:
―――增加了卷曲弹性仪技术要求(见5.1.1);
―――增加了散件实验室样品的抽取和试验数量的确定(见6.1);
―――增加了实验室样品的调湿时间(见6.2.1);
―――修改了调湿和试验用标准大气的相对湿度(见6.2.2);
―――增加了预加张力的求取方法(见6.2.4);
―――增加了置信区间的半宽值(±3%)(见6.3);
―――增加了快速调湿方法(见附录A)。


1 Scope

This standard specifies the testing method for crimping performance of man-made staple fibres.

This standard is applicable to the determination of crimping performance of chemical staple fibres including polyester fibre, polyamide fibre, acrylic fibre, polypropylene fibre, polyvinyl formal (vinylon) fibre, cellulosic fibre, etc.
