《GB/T 14355-2009开敞式救生艇技术条件》由TC129（全国船舶舾装标准化技术委员会）归口，TC129SC1（全国船舶舾装标准化技术委员会救生设备分会）执行，主管部门为国家标准化管理委员会。
本标准规定了开敞式救生艇的要求、试验方法、检验规则、标志、运输和贮存。
本标准适用于国内航行海船所配置的开敞式救生艇的设计、制造和验收。


Scope

This standard specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marks, transportation and storage of open lifeboats (hereinafter referred to as "open boats"). This standard is applicable to the design, manufacture and acceptance of open lifeboats equipped on sea-going ships for domestic voyages.
