GB/T 14598的本部分规定了用于电力系统保护（包括这些系统所用的控制、监视和处理接口设备）的量度继电器和保护装置所产生的射频发射测量的一般要求。它以GB 9254为基础（见附录A）。本部分规定了可接受的传导和辐射发射的限值，并描述了试验程序。试验的目的是证实被试设备不会产生超出上述规定限值而可能影响其他设备正常工作的传导或辐射发射。具有无线电发射和（或）接收基本功能的任何设备或设备的部分，不包括在本部分内。本部分所规定的要求适用于新的量度继电器和保护装置，所规定的所有试验仅为型式试验。

Scope

This part of GB/T 14598 specifies the general requirements for the measurement of radio-frequency emissions generated by measuring relays and protective devices used for power system protection, including control, monitoring and processing interface equipment used in these systems. It is based on GB 9254 (see Appendix A). This section specifies acceptable limits for conducted and radiated emissions and describes test procedures. The purpose of the test is to confirm that the equipment under test will not produce conducted or radiated emissions that exceed the above-mentioned specified limits and may affect the normal operation of other equipment. Any equipment or parts of equipment having the basic function of radio transmission and (or) reception are excluded from this section. The requirements specified in this standard apply to new measuring relays and protective devices. All tests specified are type tests only.
