《GB/T 14686-2008石油沥青玻璃纤维胎防水卷材》由TC195（全国轻质与装饰装修建筑材料标准化技术委员会）归口，TC195SC1（全国轻质与装饰装修建筑材料标准化技术委员会建筑防水材料分会）执行，主管部门为中国建筑材料联合会。
本标准规定了石油沥青玻璃纤维胎防水卷材的分类和标记、要求、试验方法、检验规则、标志、包装、运输与贮存。
本标准适用于以玻纤毡为胎基，浸涂石油沥青，两面覆以隔离材料制成的防水卷材。

Scope

This standard specifies the classification, marking, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, signs, packaging, transportation and storage of petroleum asphalt fiberglass tire waterproofing membranes (abbreviated asphalt fiberglass membranes). This standard applies to waterproof membranes made of glass fiber felt as the base, dip-coated with petroleum asphalt, and covered with insulating materials on both sides.
