本标准代替GB/T14994―1994《高温合金冷拉棒材》。本标准规定了高温合金冷拉棒材的尺寸、外形及允许偏差、技术要求、试验方法、检验规则、包装、标志及质量证明书等。 本标准与GB/T14994―1994《高温合金冷拉棒材》相比,主要变化如下:
―――增加了GH4080A、GH4090、GH4169、GH2696四个合金牌号及技术要求;
―――冶炼方法中对GH3030合金增加非真空感应+电渣重熔、电弧炉+电渣重熔和真空感应炉+电渣重熔工艺;对GH4033合金增加非真空感应炉+ 真空电弧炉工艺;对GH2132 合金增加真空感应炉+电渣重熔工艺;
―――塔形试验按GB/T15711的规定;
―――化学分析试样的取样方法按GB/T20066的规定;
―――棒材的尺寸及允许偏差按GB/T905―1994的规定;
―――超声波探伤按规格明确验收级别。


GB/T 14994-2008 Superalloy Cold Drawn Bars

1 Scope

This standard specifies the dimensions, shape and tolerances, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging, marking and quality certificate of superalloy cold drawn bars.

This standard is applicable to superalloy cold drawn bars, which can be used to manufacture industrial fasteners and other parts.
