本标准规定了脂肪烷基二甲基叔胺的产品分类、技术要求、试验方法、检验规则、标志、包装、运输、贮存和保质期。
本标准适用于以脂肪醇或脂肪酸制得的脂肪烷基二甲基叔胺(N ,N-二甲基烷基叔胺),主要用于制备阳离子表面活性剂、两性离子表面活性剂、非离子表面活性剂和抗静电剂等。
本标准不适用于以羰基合成醇制备的脂肪烷基二甲基叔胺。

Scope

This standard specifies the product classification, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, signs, packaging, transportation, storage and shelf life of fatty alkyl dimethyl tertiary amines. This standard applies to fatty alkyl dimethyl tertiary amines (N,N-dimethyl alkyl tertiary amines) prepared from fatty alcohols or fatty acids, mainly used in the preparation of cationic surfactants, zwitterionic surfactants, non- Ionic surfactants and antistatic agents, etc. This standard does not apply to fatty alkyl dimethyl tertiary amines prepared from oxo alcohols.
